We handle the paperwork and follow-up with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, so your consents stay valid and penalties are avoided.
What's included
- Consent to Operate (CTO) applications: new, renewal, change of ownership and merging multiple CTOs
- Consent to Construct (CTC) permit packages
- Compliance statements and environmental impact records (Annexure 6)
- Periodic environmental monitoring reports (EMP) as required by your CTO
- Responding to MoECC notifications, warnings, inspection findings and violations
- Applications for process modifications, adding or removing units and production changes
- Record keeping for up to five years
